The audience thought a goal was coming when Leontin Caramarin got free with Aurelian Tutuianu in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC REAL MADRID's Fernando Delgado got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of FC REAL MADRID booed when CEAHLAUL 72 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Iosub didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Eliodor Manciulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CEAHLAUL 72's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliodor Manciulescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC REAL MADRID's Filip Răduțu got a free kick in the 87th minute. Eliodor Manciulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The CEAHLAUL 72 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CEAHLAUL 72 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
