In the 3rd minute, Petrică Şimandan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Teodorescu in the 8th minute of play forced Tufenii's goalkeeper Emanuel Avacariței to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Cosoreanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Emanuel Avacariței when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Martin Teodorescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Avacariței having to interfere. Martin Teodorescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Emanuel Avacariței tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Tufenii's goalkeeper Emanuel Avacariței had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Cosoreanu. Martin Teodorescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Avacariței having to interfere. Cristian Cosoreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. In the 28th match minute, Tufenii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iurie Levința to maneuver through the defense. If Martin Teodorescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Cosoreanu couldn't finish the play. If Martin Teodorescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the game, one of Tufenii:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for AF Targoviste. Fabian Cândroveanu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emanuel Avacariței. 1-0. If Cristian Cosoreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, AF Targoviste's Niculae Nisporeanu got control of the ball when Gigel Macovescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute, Lucian Teişanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niculae Nisporeanu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luca Mischie. Martin Teodorescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Emanuel Avacariței tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Avacariței made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Teodorescu in the 76th minute of play.
