Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tiberiu Oniga took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rareș Beșleaga struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Florin Novacovici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cicirda SC. Tiberiu Oniga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marian Dudea kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 15thth minute of the game Ernest Stegaru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mag's Florin Novacovici was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ştefan Berca's late challenge caught a Cicirda SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ştefan Berca helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Ştefan Berca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernest Stegaru in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florin Novacovici saved Mag from getting behind. When Mag's Tiberiu Oniga in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cicirda SC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st match minute, Mag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Brășneanu to maneuver through the defense. Florin Novacovici made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rareș Beșleaga in the 35th minute. Adam Grozăvescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Florin Novacovici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiberiu Oniga might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Panait Chelbea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Oniga ran back to his position shaking his head. Panait Chelbea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Oniga, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Tiberiu Oniga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panait Chelbea having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Panait Chelbea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Oniga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Tiberiu Oniga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mag's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiberiu Oniga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Panait Chelbea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 61 minutes into the game, Ernest Stegaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Florin Novacovici was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 66 minutes, Tiberiu Oniga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiberiu Oniga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florin Novacovici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Stegaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mag's Florin Novacovici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Stegaru in the 73rd minute of play. Paul Brășneanu hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Adam Grozăvescu came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Cicirda SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Grozăvescu couldn't finish the play. Cicirda SC's Ernest Stegaru got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Mag getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ştefan Berca hit a great ball. When Ernest Stegaru came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Cicirda SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernest Stegaru couldn't finish the play. After 83 played minutes Cicirda SC got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Lazăr. Panait Almajan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Panait Chelbea made a huge save. Mag's Florin Novacovici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Grozăvescu in the 88th minute of play. If Tiberiu Oniga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pompiliu Lazăr was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Cicirda SC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Pompiliu Lazăr hit a great ball. In the last second Panait Chelbea throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tiberiu Oniga in the 93rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Florin Novacovici came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Cicirda SC's Ernest Stegaru. But to his dismay, Ernest Stegaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mag players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cicirda SC.
