Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eliodor Buda kicked off to start the match. Nicu Stolojan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Obislavu's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ilie Lovin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Aristide Alexe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliodor Buda showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Moise Iancu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Irinel Lelescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Obislavu's Nicu Stolojan in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Poneasca's goalie prevented a goal. Nichifor Lăzăroiu took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Irinel Lelescu. Irinel Lelescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliodor Buda in the 36th minute of play forced Obislavu's goalkeeper Aristide Alexe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliodor Buda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 44 minutes, Eliodor Buda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poneasca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliodor Buda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Obislavu were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicu Stolojan was the one to do the kick off. Poneasca's Ilie Lovin got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eliodor Buda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Aristide Alexe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 55 minutes, Ilie Lovin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poneasca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilie Lovin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eliodor Buda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Nicu Stolojan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Irinel Lelescu, 1-3. When Nicu Stolojan came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Obislavu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicu Stolojan couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alin Cristescu during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Obislavu booed when Poneasca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Cristescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dragoş Dijmărescu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Poneasca getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Manole Crețu hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Dragoş Dijmărescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Irinel Lelescu skillfully saved the ball. When Moise Iancu came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Obislavu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moise Iancu couldn't finish the play. In the 86thth minute of the game Nicu Stolojan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poneasca's Irinel Lelescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilie Lovin in the 95th minute of play forced Obislavu's goalkeeper Aristide Alexe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicu Stolojan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Obislavu players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
