Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Irinel Lelescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Tomoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Bulenii booed when Poneasca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basarab Huidu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute Eliodor Buda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Hălmăgeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florin Hălmăgeanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilie Lovin in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Poneasca's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Tomoiu came free, but Irinel Lelescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iulian Gabrea kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Basarab Huidu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bulenii's Dragoş Aanuţei couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Poneasca. When Poneasca's Eliodor Buda in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bulenii's goalie prevented a goal. Andrei Gane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irinel Lelescu having to interfere. Florin Hălmăgeanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilie Lovin in the 35th minute. When Poneasca's Eliodor Buda in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bulenii's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half Bulenii were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Tomoiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Tomoiu's late challenge caught a Poneasca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Tomoiu helped the player get up and apologised. Emanuel Tomoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Ilie Lovin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Urderean recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Tomoiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Irinel Lelescu having to make a save. In the 70th minute Eliodor Buda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Hălmăgeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alin Cristescu's late challenge caught a Bulenii's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alin Cristescu helped the player get up and apologised. Florin Hălmăgeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliodor Buda in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, Bulenii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrei Gane to maneuver through the defense. Eliodor Buda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes of play, Poneasca's Eliodor Buda made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florin Hălmăgeanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Emanuel Tomoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
