Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Victor Ghionea started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gheorghe Burileanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Traian Jurăscu having to interfere. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gulotreni's goalkeeper Eliodor Caloian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eliodor Caloian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Ghionea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 10 played minutes Gulotreni got a freekick which was hit by Irinel Gâdea. Victor Ghionea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliodor Caloian having to interfere. Gulotreni's Eliodor Caloian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Ghionea in the 17th minute of play. With a little luck, Barbosu FC's Traian Jurăscu got control of the ball when Gheorghe Burileanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Traian Jurăscu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Zogreanu in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, Barbosu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matei Lupescu to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the game, one of Barbosu FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Traian Jurăscu, was totally fooled by Gulotreni's Stelian Tarcu, who 33 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barbosu FC's goalkeeper Traian Jurăscu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Remus Zogreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gulotreni's supporters rose to their feet, but Remus Zogreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Traian Jurăscu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remus Zogreanu was the one to do the kick off. Traian Jurăscu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remus Zogreanu's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Traian Jurăscu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Burileanu in the 55th minute of the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Remus Zogreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gulotreni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remus Zogreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Remus Zogreanu struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Traian Jurăscu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gulotreni. If Remus Zogreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pavel Moise kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Eliodor Caloian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Ghionea's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Tudor Hârșu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Barbosu FC's zone, Stelian Tarcu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Traian Jurăscu came out of the goal and Stelian Tarcu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gulotreni's Remus Zogreanu got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute Victor Ghionea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliodor Caloian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tudor Hârșu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Ghionea in the 93rd minute of play forced Gulotreni's goalkeeper Eliodor Caloian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remus Zogreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Traian Jurăscu having to interfere. Gulotreni's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
