Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Remus Zogreanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Remus Zogreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octav Zgabei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Zogreanu in the 6th minute of play forced Suveica CF's goalkeeper Octav Zgabei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidiu Mârzac's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliodor Caloian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match Romeo Boboc shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eliodor Caloian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ionică Mavrodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliodor Caloian having to interfere. Octav Zgabei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Burileanu in the 20th minute of the match. After having played for 25 minutes, Horia Todea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suveica CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horia Todea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Gulotreni's Eliodor Caloian got control of the ball when Horia Todea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Basarab Ionițoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliodor Caloian having to interfere. In the 44th minute Ionică Mavrodin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliodor Caloian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Suveica CF's Ionică Mavrodin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eliodor Caloian. That made the score 1-0 after 46 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ionică Mavrodin made a kick off. Horia Todea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gheorghe Burileanu got free with Octav Zgabei in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Horia Todea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliodor Caloian having to interfere. Eliodor Caloian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionică Mavrodin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 64 played minutes Gulotreni got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Neculce. Remus Zogreanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octav Zgabei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Gulotreni's Eliodor Caloian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horia Todea in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Gheorghe Burileanu could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Octav Zgabei however easily saved by the left post. 77 minutes into the match, Suveica CF's Horia Todea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eliodor Caloian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ionică Mavrodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 88 minutes into the game, Suveica CF's Horia Todea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliodor Caloian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Horia Todea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suveica CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Horia Todea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliodor Caloian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Suveica CF had played much better football throughout.
