Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gigi Florean started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Florean in the 3rd minute of play forced Aiud SC's goalkeeper Liviu Chelbea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Aiud SC booed when Dragoteni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petre Vasilescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoş Casian in the 6th minute of play forced Dragoteni's goalkeeper Alexandru Bălășescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduard Păstrăv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Alexandru Bălășescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Răzvan Baicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Chelbea having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Răzvan Baicu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Liviu Chelbea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 19 minutes, Olimpiu Necula mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dragoteni and the Aiud SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olimpiu Necula hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Tiberiu Visarion, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Gigi Florean notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Aiud SC's Liviu Chelbea. Liviu Chelbea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alexandru Bălășescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragoş Casian, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Dragoş Casian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragoteni's Alexandru Bălășescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Dragoteni's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Mustea came free, but Alexandru Bălășescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Mihnea Bosioc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Răzvan Baicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Chelbea having to interfere. Alexandru Bălășescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragoş Casian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mihnea Bosioc fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dragoteni's protests and gave Mihnea Bosioc a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dragoteni's goalkeeper Alexandru Bălășescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Dragoş Casian made the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Gigi Florean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aiud SC's Liviu Chelbea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Răzvan Baicu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Aiud SC booed when Dragoteni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihnea Bosioc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aiud SC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Dragoteni's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tiberiu Visarion took the corner. Eduard Păstrăv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Dragoteni's Petre Vasilescu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Petre Vasilescu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dragoteni protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Petre Vasilescu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Dragoteni:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Aiud SC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nae Răduț in the 84th minute of play forced Dragoteni's goalkeeper Alexandru Bălășescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandru Bălășescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragoş Casian, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
