Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Calistrat Jurca started the match with the kick off. If Irinel Tomescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosmin Nenciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Muscă, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Emilian Cruceru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vintilă Muscă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Cosmin Nenciu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liviu Postelnicu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Daniel Amărculesei made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Costin Tase during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Putinari UFC's Costin Tase got a free kick in the 26th minute. After having played for 27 minutes, Eusebiu Șerbulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tamatei FCM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebiu Șerbulescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Liviu Postelnicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liviu Postelnicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Daniel Amărculesei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Tamatei FCM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costică Balint to maneuver through the defense. Tamatei FCM's Daniel Amărculesei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calistrat Jurca in the 46th minute of play. When Liviu Postelnicu came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Putinari UFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liviu Postelnicu couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Vintilă Muscă made the kick off in the second half. Petre Panescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Cosmin Nenciu made a huge save. Daniel Amărculesei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calistrat Jurca's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Liviu Postelnicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Amărculesei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Putinari UFC's Cosmin Nenciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Muscă in the 61st minute of play. Cosmin Nenciu made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Petre Panescu sent off a good shot on target. Vintilă Muscă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irinel Tomescu charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Irinel Tomescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tamatei FCM booed when Putinari UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irinel Tomescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cosmin Nenciu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eusebiu Șerbulescu. In the 67th minute, Eusebiu Șerbulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Calistrat Jurca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Amărculesei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Cosmin Nenciu made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Petre Panescu sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Putinari UFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vintilă Muscă fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 85 minutes, Calistrat Jurca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Putinari UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calistrat Jurca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tamatei FCM's goalkeeper Daniel Amărculesei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Petre Panescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cosmin Nenciu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Tamatei FCM players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Putinari UFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
