Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabian Ivăncioiu got the match started through his kick off. Fabian Ivăncioiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gigel Lera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 5 played minutes, Vechi AC's Luca Guguianu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emilian Nistor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vechi AC reached it. Fabian Ivăncioiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelian Dică's late challenge caught a Fieni's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelian Dică helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes Vechi AC got a freekick which was hit by Aurelian Dică. Gigel Lera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Ivăncioiu's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Moise Vişoianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Moise Vişoianu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Fabian Ivăncioiu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gigel Lera to make any attempt to save it. Fieni's Valer Prisecaru got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 31 in the game by Valer Prisecaru from a close distance when the talented Gigel Lera managed to make a qualified save. Vechi AC's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Ivăncioiu in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigel Lera saved Vechi AC from getting behind. Fabian Ivăncioiu struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Gigel Lera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fieni. In the 40th minute Fabian Ivăncioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Lera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigel Lera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Ivăncioiu in the 45th minute of the match.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moise Vişoianu couldn't finish the play. Fieni were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vechi AC for a fine match.
