Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Avrameni CSS's Adrian Tarchilă started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Sanisor's Florin Maiorescu got a free kick in the 4th minute. Valeriu Georgescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Laurențiu Ghișe made a huge save. Emilian Goșa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Herescu having to interfere. Mugurel Herescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Tarchilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. If Adrian Tarchilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes Avrameni CSS got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Mălaimare. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paul Melinte in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laurențiu Ghișe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 22 played minutes Avrameni CSS got a freekick which was hit by Robert Chirnoagă. 25 minutes into the match, Avrameni CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Melinte came free, but Laurențiu Ghișe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Nicu Petruț managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanisor's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicu Petruț was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurențiu Ghișe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laurențiu Ghișe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Melinte, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Șerban Mălaimare got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 40 played minutes Avrameni CSS got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Mălaimare. Nicu Petruț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurențiu Ghișe having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Melinte in the 55th minute of play forced Avrameni CSS's goalkeeper Laurențiu Ghișe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Horaţiu Bădulescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Avrameni CSS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanisor the free kick. After a rather tough play, Avrameni CSS's Horaţiu Bădulescu got a free kick in the 59th minute. Laurențiu Ghișe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Melinte in the 63rd minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Valeriu Georgescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Sanisor booed when Avrameni CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Chirnoagă didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nicu Petruț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Avrameni CSS's Robert Chirnoagă got a free kick in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Avrameni CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Melinte came free, but Laurențiu Ghișe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Melinte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laurențiu Ghișe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Adrian Tarchilă's late challenge caught a Sanisor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Tarchilă helped the player get up and apologised. Mugurel Herescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Tarchilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Sanisor's goalkeeper Mugurel Herescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emilian Goșa. In the 91st match minute, Sanisor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Melinte to maneuver through the defense. Paul Melinte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Laurențiu Ghișe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Avrameni CSS players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Sanisor from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
