Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Liviu Nestor had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 5 played minutes Mandruloc got a freekick which was hit by Emil Țâpu. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Gavril Baican managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mandruloc's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavril Baican was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisc Trifan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gică Bobocea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Francisc Trifan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Florin Jitaru hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Pavel Boerescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 22 minutes, Pavel Boerescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Largasenii CSS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pavel Boerescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 23 minutes, Pavel Boerescu made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Mandruloc's Marcu Baniu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Mandruloc's Emil Țâpu got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After 37 minutes, Anton Iftode mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Largasenii CSS and the Mandruloc players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Largasenii CSS getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Anton Iftode hit a great ball. Mandruloc were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Largasenii CSS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgar Dorineanu took the corner. In the 43rd minute, Gavril Baican got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pavel Boerescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Francisc Trifan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gică Bobocea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisc Trifan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gică Bobocea's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Anton Iftode could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Marcu Baniu made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Mandruloc's goalkeeper Marcu Baniu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Boerescu. If Olimpiu Ţintea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavril Baican fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisc Trifan having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Calistrat Crâșmaru during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgar Dorineanu, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Francisc Trifan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavril Baican, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When Pavel Boerescu came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Largasenii CSS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavel Boerescu couldn't finish the play. Marcu Baniu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pavel Boerescu in the 88th minute. Francisc Trifan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavril Baican in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Gavril Baican ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisc Trifan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Largasenii CSS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
