Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Grigore Dragnea took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Tarzia defense, Augustin Văduvescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cazimir Şerbănoiu. The Tarzia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cazimir Şerbănoiu should have stopped the shot. After 5 played minutes Tarzia got a freekick which was hit by Horia Cozmâncă. Manuel Fărcașu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Cazimir Şerbănoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grigore Dragnea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Augustin Văduvescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cazimir Şerbănoiu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Grigore Dragnea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Racoti's Toader Leu got a free kick in the 18th minute. Racoti's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ferdinand Ispir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugur Chirilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. A collision led to Racoti getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Horia Chindriș hit a great ball. The supporters of Racoti booed when Tarzia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Fărcașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grigore Dragnea hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Toader Leu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Racoti's Ferdinand Ispir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Racoti from getting a goal against them. Racoti's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
