A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Bals AFC's goalkeeper Gigel Aluculesei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurel Petru. Chiliu CS's Tudor Manea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Susara in the 12th minute of play. Emanuel Susara struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Tudor Manea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bals AFC. Tudor Manea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Pascaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Tudor Manea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Pascaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicodim Dima hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Emanuel Susara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bals AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Susara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Chiliu CS's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Pascaru came free, but Tudor Manea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurel Petru in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gigel Aluculesei, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gigel Aluculesei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurel Petru in the 33rd minute. 39 minutes into the game, Nichifor Nisporeanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bals AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chiliu CS the free kick. The supporters of Chiliu CS booed when Bals AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nichifor Nisporeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Ene in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigel Aluculesei saved Bals AFC from getting behind. In the 43rd match minute, Chiliu CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panait Alupulesei to maneuver through the defense. When Adrian Ene came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Chiliu CS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Ene couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Damian Pascaru made the kick off in the second half. Aurel Petru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Gigel Aluculesei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicodim Dima charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicodim Dima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chiliu CS getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Nicodim Dima hit a great ball. Damian Pascaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
