Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edgar Boltașu got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match Cazimir Baican shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Barbăneagră showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Nistor Abraham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miericeaua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Strimba AC the free kick. A collision led to Miericeaua getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Nistor Abraham hit a great ball. If Edgar Boltașu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nichifor Moga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Boltașu in the 8th minute of play. Alex Barbăneagră took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Pintea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Boltașu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Moga having to interfere. Edgar Oncu charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar Oncu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nichifor Moga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Boltașu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Nichifor Moga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurențiu Vârnav in the 27th minute of play. Șerban Rizea kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Miericeaua got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Rizea. Edgar Oncu got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 35th match minute before Alex Barbăneagră had time to react. Edgar Oncu struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Alex Barbăneagră didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miericeaua. With an all-out effort, Miericeaua's Alex Barbăneagră threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manuel Pintea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 48th minute, Șerban Rizea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Strimba AC's Laurențiu Vârnav got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manuel Pintea to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Manuel Pintea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Strimba AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Boltașu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Miericeaua booed when Strimba AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Cojan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Barbăneagră made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Pintea in the 65th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Strimba AC's Edgar Boltașu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Alex Barbăneagră showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Pintea in the 75th minute of the match. When Șerban Rizea was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. In the 77th match minute, Miericeaua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Șerban Rizea to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Boltașu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Nichifor Moga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nichifor Moga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Boltașu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Alin Cojan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Moga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 86 minutes, Dragoş Moisescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strimba AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dragoş Moisescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th match minute, Miericeaua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nistor Abraham to maneuver through the defense. Nistor Abraham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Oncu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Miericeaua's Manuel Pintea got a free kick in the 94th minute. Laurențiu Vârnavs short, quick shot in the 99thth minute got Nichifor Moga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Edgar Boltașu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Nichifor Moga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
