Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edgar Boltașu made the kick off which started today's match. Cristian Boc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurențiu Vârnav went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Alex Barbăneagră showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Surdu in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Boltașu in the 11th minute of play forced Stioborani's goalkeeper Cristian Boc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornel Chirculescu hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Stioborani's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Boltașu came free, but Cristian Boc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alin Cojan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cristian Boc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Edgar Boltașu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Boc was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The supporters of Strimba AC booed when Stioborani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Milea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Strimba AC's goal looked a bit too open when Iacob Milea came free, but Alex Barbăneagră reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurențiu Vârnav received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cristian Boc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Edgar Boltașu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Strimba AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Boltașu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Boc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute Iacob Milea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Barbăneagră saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Stioborani's zone, Edgar Boltașu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Boc came out of the goal and Edgar Boltașu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felix Surdu made a kick off. When Strimba AC's Laurențiu Vârnav in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stioborani's goalie prevented a goal. Edgar Boltașu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Boc having to interfere. Alex Barbăneagră showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Surdu in the 57th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Strimba AC got a freekick which was hit by Alin Cojan. Iacob Milea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Alex Barbăneagră when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 69 minutes into the match, Strimba AC's goalkeeper Alex Barbăneagră had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iacob Milea. 71 minutes in the game, Felix Surdu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alex Barbăneagră having to interfere. Laurențiu Vârnav sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Surdu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Viorel Unciuleanu hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Edgar Boltașu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Strimba AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Boltașu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Boc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute, Laurențiu Vârnav got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Strimba AC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Stioborani for a fine match.
