Edgar Marchidan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Aanicăi having to interfere. If Aurel Iordache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Râznicu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Cocani AC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Felix Râznicu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cocani AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Râznicu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iustin Bidulescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurel Iordache in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iustin Bidulescu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vasile Zdroană's late challenge caught a Cocani AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vasile Zdroană helped the player get up and apologised. Vasile Zdroană kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Aurel Iordache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cocani AC's zone, Edgar Marchidan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Aanicăi came out of the goal and Edgar Marchidan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, Vintilă Ciuvică notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cocani AC's David Aanicăi. David Aanicăi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute Vintilă Ciuvică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Aanicăi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cocani AC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Manuel Rioşanu hit a great ball. Felix Râznicu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Aanicăi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Marchidan in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Râznicu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 68 minutes, Aurel Iordache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cocani AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurel Iordache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgar Marchidan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurel Iordache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustin Bidulescu having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Albert Vasilache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Aurel Iordache left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cocani AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 86th minute Felix Râznicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustin Bidulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vintilă Ciuvică recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sicaesti booed when Cocani AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Rioşanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Cocani AC's David Aanicăi got control of the ball when Edgar Marchidan tried to sneak it across the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cocani AC fully deserved thier win.
