Sendrulesti's Sebastian Marinescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Uncheşelu in the 27th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marin Puișoru during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Marin Puișoru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodor Crăiță could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Traian Cănănău made a huge save. If Teodor Crăiță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Gusu CSS getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Dacian Duca hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Sebastian Marinescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcis Uncheşelu in the 60th minute of play. Narcis Uncheşelu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Marinescu having to interfere. Victor Zub's late challenge caught a Gusu CSS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Zub helped the player get up and apologised. Victor Zub hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Ciprian Oncescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Sebastian Marinescu made a huge save. 66 minutes into the match, Sendrulesti's goalkeeper Sebastian Marinescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciprian Oncescu. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Sebastian Marinescu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sebastian Marinescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narcis Uncheşelu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71stth minute of the game Narcis Uncheşelu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sendrulesti's Sebastian Marinescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Traian Cănănău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Pescaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, Victor Zub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute of the match, Ciprian Oncescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sebastian Marinescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dacian Duca kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Traian Cănănău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Crăiță in the 82nd minute of play. Albert Pescaru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Traian Cănănău having to make a save. If Teodor Crăiță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Traian Cănănău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Pescaru in the 92nd minute of the match. When Sendrulesti's Albert Pescaru in the 99th minute got a chance for a shot 99th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gusu CSS's goalie prevented a goal. Gusu CSS were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Sendrulesti's much stronger midfield.
