Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Remus Capisizu got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute of the match, Remus Capisizu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Traian Cănănău saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 12 played minutes Gusu CSS got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Uncheşelu. In the 13th match minute, Gusu CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narcis Uncheşelu to maneuver through the defense. Horea Radovan struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Traian Cănănău didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bersa AFC. Pompiliu Cicortaș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narcis Uncheşelu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 24th minute, Horea Radovan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Gusu CSS booed when Bersa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Prelipceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Gusu CSS's Marius Marghescu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 31st match minute, Bersa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Prelipceanu to maneuver through the defense. After 35 minutes, Narcis Uncheşelu made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bersa AFC's Pompiliu Cicortaș tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Narcis Uncheşelu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Gusu CSS were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narcis Uncheşelu was the one to do the kick off. When Luca Prelipceanu came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Bersa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Prelipceanu couldn't finish the play. When Ciprian Oncescu fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gusu CSS's protests and gave Ciprian Oncescu a yellow card for diving instead. Remus Capisizu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Traian Cănănău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Gusu CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Remus Capisizu came free, but Traian Cănănău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Traian Cănănău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horea Radovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd match minute, Gusu CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacian Duca to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Gusu CSS's Stelian Dinulescu got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Horea Radovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remus Capisizu scored 1-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Traian Cănănău, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Traian Cănănău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Radovan in the 73rd minute of play. In the 77th minute, Mihăiţă Cănănău hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pompiliu Cicortaș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narcis Uncheşelu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remus Capisizu in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Traian Cănănău prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Horea Radovan struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Traian Cănănău didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bersa AFC. After a defensive mix-up in Gusu CSS's zone, Remus Capisizu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Traian Cănănău came out of the goal and Remus Capisizu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Traian Cănănău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Capisizu in the 89th minute of the match. Horea Radovan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Traian Cănănău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Horea Radovan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Traian Cănănău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bersa AFC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
