Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Gainari's Anton Ursu got a free kick in the 2nd minute. If Gigi Necula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 9th play minute Gigel Petre came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gheorghe Săndulescu. 1-0. Gigel Petre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roua CF's Costică Onuț got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gainari's Eduard Florescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Onuț in the 24th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Iosif Săvescu put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eduard Florescu. Gigi Necula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gigel Petre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gheorghe Săndulescu having to interfere. The supporters of Gainari booed when Roua CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mircea Cretan didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gigi Necula in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gheorghe Săndulescu saved Roua CF from getting behind. In the 39th minute, Alexandru Ghișe made a precise shot to the right of Gheorghe Săndulescu. Roua CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Gheorghe Săndulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigi Necula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Roua CF's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Necula came free, but Gheorghe Săndulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gigi Necula made a kick off. Gheorghe Săndulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigi Necula, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The supporters of Gainari booed when Roua CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Traian Panțâru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Gainari's Gigi Necula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gheorghe Săndulescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Gainari's Eduard Florescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Onuț in the 72nd minute of play. Eduard Florescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Săvescu in the 73rd minute of play. Eduard Florescu was a little too slow when Iosif Săvescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 3-2. Anton Comarnescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gheorghe Săndulescu. Roua CF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Gigi Necula cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Gheorghe Săndulescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 91 played minutes Gainari got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Petriceanu. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gainari had played much better football throughout.
