Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Augustin Giugiuc kicked off to start the match. Marcel Opriș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Giugiuc in the 5th minute of the match. Răzvan Vârlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Marcel Opriș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radu Berbec's late challenge caught a Luncani SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radu Berbec helped the player get up and apologised. Virgil Ioviță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Honcioiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Sergiu Honcioiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute Sergiu Honcioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Ioviță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Răzvan Vârlan in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcel Opriș, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Răzvan Vârlan got free with Marcel Opriș in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aurel Stolniciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Răzvan Vârlan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcel Opriș firmly grabbed it by the left post. Augustin Giugiuc might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcel Opriș. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurel Stolniciu to strike the kick off in the second half. Răzvan Vârlan struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Marcel Opriș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meidanchioi. Virgil Ioviță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurel Stolniciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 88th minute of the match Meidanchioi got a corner. Luncani SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcu Melentie ran over to the corner to take the kick. Meidanchioi's Marcu Melentie was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcel Opriș in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Meidanchioi booed when Luncani SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucian Măliță didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes in the game, Sergiu Honcioiu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Virgil Ioviță having to interfere.
