With a little luck, Tisa's Viorel Udup got control of the ball when Aurel Țepeneag tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 4 played minutes Tisa got a freekick which was hit by Eric Ieremia. Tisa's Viorel Udup proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Tisa from getting a goal against them. Șerban Blajovici didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Potocianu went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ramniceni's Șerban Blajovici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Potocianu in the 13th minute of play. Damian Potocianu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Șerban Blajovici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Lupea in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Ovidiu Băbescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tisa's zone, Aurel Țepeneag stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viorel Udup came out of the goal and Aurel Țepeneag tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Horia Corocăescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Viorel Udup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Adrian Liciu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ramniceni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tisa the free kick. After 46 played minutes Ramniceni got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Liciu. Ramniceni:s Șerban Blajovici showed great skill when he stopped Virgil Burtea:s penalty. Virgil Burtea scored 0-2 in the 49th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Șerban Blajovici, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Adrian Liciu took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viorel Udup. Viorel Udup dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Aurel Țepeneag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viorel Udup having to interfere. If Horia Corocăescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Nae Lupea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Șerban Blajovici. The goal made the score 1-3. Aurel Țepeneag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Viorel Udup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Șerban Blajovici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Lupea in the 83rd minute of play. Ramniceni's Șerban Blajovici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Lupea in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of Tisa booed when Ramniceni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidiu Băbescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurel Țepeneag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Viorel Udup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tisa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
