Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vaii's Irinel Pascariu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Ionel Caramitru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baltaretu CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vaii the free kick. Ionel Caramitru hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Alexandru Prislop kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Mihăiţă Ciucă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Vaii's Irinel Pascariu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mihnea Birișu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vaii's Leonard Albuț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Caba in the 13th minute of play. Manuel Manta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonard Albuț read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Mihăiţă Ciucă struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Mihnea Birișu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vaii. In the 22nd minute Manuel Manta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Albuț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mihăiţă Ciucă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Platon hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Mihai Caba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vaii's Leonard Albuț was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mihai Caba made a kick off. Manuel Manta took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Albuț. Leonard Albuț dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Vaii's Leonard Albuț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Caba in the 57th minute of play. Manuel Manta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mihăiţă Ciucă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute Irinel Pascariu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Birișu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Manta got free with Leonard Albuț in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Irinel Pascariu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Birișu having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Mihăiţă Ciucă made a precise shot to the right of Mihnea Birișu. Baltaretu CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 85 minutes into the match, Baltaretu CF's goal looked a bit too open when Mihăiţă Ciucă came free, but Mihnea Birișu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pavel Cosoroabă hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Emil Stana, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihăiţă Ciucă in the 93rd minute of play forced Baltaretu CF's goalkeeper Mihnea Birișu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihnea Birișu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irinel Pascariu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vaii were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Baltaretu CF for a fine match.
