David Gheordunescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moise Ivan, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moise Ivan in the 9th minute of play forced Murughiol's goalkeeper David Gheordunescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Moise Ivan notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Murughiol's David Gheordunescu. David Gheordunescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Murughiol getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Bogdan Tudose showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezar Honciu in the 27th minute of the match. Homorodalmas FC's Costel Mercescu got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes in the game, Moise Ivan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without David Gheordunescu having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mădălin Jucan during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 33 minutes into the game, one of Homorodalmas FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bogdan Tudose had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Flavius Mateescu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The Murughiol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to Murughiol getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moise Ivan made a kick off. Cezar Honciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Tudose having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Murughiol's Flavius Mateescu tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Robert Gherdan kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cezar Honciu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bogdan Tudose was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Costel Mercescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Gheordunescu having to interfere. The supporters of Homorodalmas FC booed when Murughiol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costin Hălmăgeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Homorodalmas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Honciu came free, but Bogdan Tudose reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Cezar Honciu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bogdan Tudose. Cezar Honciu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Cezar Honciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute.
