Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ivan Homescu got the match started through his kick off. If Albert Săvoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mahi CF's Albert Săvoiu got a free kick in the 8th minute. Iulian Dănciulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Mahi CF's Gigi Lalescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voinea in the 14th minute of play. Valentin Șeimeanu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Orosia AFC's Marius Dinulescu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mahi CF. Gigi Lalescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Voinea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ivan Homescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gheorghe Uncu was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. When Ciprian Antohi came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Orosia AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciprian Antohi couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute of the match Paul Ţugui shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gigi Lalescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Mahi CF's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Voinea came free, but Gigi Lalescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gheorghe Uncu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Homescu in the 34th minute of play. Ivan Homescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gheorghe Uncu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Albert Săvoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mahi CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Săvoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gheorghe Uncu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ivan Homescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gheorghe Uncu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florin Lăzărescu struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Gigi Lalescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orosia AFC. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Voinea was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Doru Stănilă sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Orosia AFC's Gheorghe Uncu didn't even have to move. Valentin Voinea succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. A collision led to Mahi CF getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Iulian Dănciulescu hit a great ball. In the 70th minute Valentin Voinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigi Lalescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Homescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Gheorghe Uncu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albert Săvoiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Orosia AFC's Ciprian Antohi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gigi Lalescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 93rd minute, Albert Săvoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mahi CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.
