If Mihăiţă Ababei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Sbârcea in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nichifor Păun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 6 minutes into the match, Mihăiţă Ababei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nichifor Păun. Sacatura's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihăiţă Ababei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mihăiţă Ababei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Păun having to interfere. In the 12th match minute, Ciungi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihăiţă Ababei to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Sbârcea in the 18th minute of play forced Sacatura's goalkeeper Nichifor Păun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th match minute, Sacatura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasile Varga to maneuver through the defense. Emil Sbârcea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Nichifor Păun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes in the game, Emil Sbârcea dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Isac Bărcăuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sacatura booed when Ciungi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Șişman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paul Goșa hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Daniel Bălașa kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Filip Epure hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Gheorghe Șişman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sacatura's Nichifor Păun didn't even have to move. The supporters of Sacatura booed when Ciungi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Goșa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolae Dobre to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Paul Goșa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 53 minutes, Emil Sbârcea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciungi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emil Sbârcea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sacatura's Nichifor Păun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Sacatura from getting a goal against them. Nichifor Păun made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Mihăiţă Ababei sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute, Emil Sbârcea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sacatura's Isac Bărcăuan got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mihăiţă Ababei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Păun having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Emil Sbârcea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nichifor Păun, 0-2. In the 71st minute, Ciungi's Octavian Cuculeanu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Octavian Cuculeanu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ciungi protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Octavian Cuculeanu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Mihăiţă Ababei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Bărcăuan in the 84th minute of play forced Ciungi's goalkeeper Aurel Demian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihăiţă Ababei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Nichifor Păun made a huge save. Vlad Tufescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Păun having to interfere. Sacatura's Nichifor Păun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Goșa in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Ciungi booed when Sacatura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Petrică didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurel Demian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Epure, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After 97 minutes, Nicolae Dobre made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Ciungi's Aurel Demian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Sacatura fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ciungi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
