After having played for 55 minutes, Denis Iurașcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plaesu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Iurașcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aurel Moiș came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Plaesu's Sever Bistreanu. But to his dismay, Sever Bistreanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 62nd minute Iordache Şelaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucian Cârneci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurel Moiș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Bistreanu in the 66th minute of the match. Iordache Şelaru received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucian Cârneci came out and tried to block the shot, but Iordache Şelaru slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 70th minute. Plaesu's Lucian Cârneci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Plaesu from getting a goal against them. Plaesu's Sever Bistreanu got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sever Bistreanu in the 77th minute of play forced Bosanceni's goalkeeper Aurel Moiș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Bosanceni's goal looked a bit too open when Sever Bistreanu came free, but Aurel Moiș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Udrescu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Manuel Mihoc was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Aurel Moiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Iurașcu in the 84th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Codrin Negru during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bosanceni! The referee gave Plaesu a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Manuel Mihoc, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bosanceni's Aurel Moiș. 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
