Dumitru Alexandrescu was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Horea Ghionaru capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The Alin Bunoaică was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Manuel Şoiman hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Proca in the 29th minute of play forced Ghilea AFC's goalkeeper Alin Bunoaică to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigi Proca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 33 played minutes Ghilea AFC got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Aronescu. Cezar Banu struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Alin Bunoaică didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barza AS. Barza AS's Cezar Banu got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dumitru Alexandrescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horea Ghionaru in the 42nd minute of the match. Gigi Proca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The supporters of Barza AS booed when Ghilea AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Şoiman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Ghilea AFC's goalkeeper Alin Bunoaică had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezar Banu. If Cezar Banu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Ghilea AFC were awarded a corner. Codrin Calota went to the cornerflag to take it. Codrin Calota made a great header on Ghilea AFC's corner, it was just that Barza AS's Dumitru Alexandrescu managed to reach the ball for a save.
