Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luca Tobă started the match with the kick off. Luca Tobă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorin Cezariu having to interfere. Romeo Roșeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Banciu in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Peterlaka CS's Octav Negură got a free kick in the 13th minute. The supporters of FC Știința booed when Peterlaka CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Plopșor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduard Banciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Roșeanu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Romulus in the 24th minute of play forced FC Știința's goalkeeper Dorin Cezariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Tobă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luca Tobă struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Dorin Cezariu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peterlaka CS. In the 31st match minute, FC Știința was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionuț Romeo to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Roșeanu made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Cristinel Diaconu sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduard Banciu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romeo Roșeanu. That made the score 1-0 in the 38 minute of play. Ionel Siteavu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduard Banciu made a kick off. Eduard Banciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Romeo Roșeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, FC Știința's goalkeeper Dorin Cezariu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Romulus. In the 60th match minute, FC Știința was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iurie Mateianu to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes FC Știința got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Romeo. Luca Tobă had several of the FC Știința's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Dorin Cezariu as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Peterlaka CS booed when FC Știința was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionuț Romeo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Romulus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Dorin Cezariu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Roșeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristinel Diaconu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Laurențiu Stere hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Romeo Roșeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Banciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Peterlaka CS getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Olimpiu Udubaşa hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Olimpiu Udubaşa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Știința were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Peterlaka CS for a fine match.
