Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dumitru Vrabie kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Oaia cu Soric got a freekick which was hit by Panait Alb. After 6 minutes of play, CVUCS POLI's Costică Frânculescu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Costel Peptan was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of CVUCS POLI booed when Oaia cu Soric was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigore Lepuș didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Panait Alb came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Oaia cu Soric fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Panait Alb couldn't finish the play. Ion Postelnicu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Valeriu Răchită made a huge save. Nichifor Bejan kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dumitru Vrabie in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Costel Peptan saved Oaia cu Soric from getting behind. CVUCS POLI's Valeriu Răchită played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panait Alb in the 39th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dumitru Vrabie in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Costel Peptan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd minute, Costică Frânculescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costel Peptan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of CVUCS POLI booed when Oaia cu Soric was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Călin Neacșu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Horia Nicolae made the kick off in the second half. Valeriu Răchită made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ion Postelnicu in the 54th minute of play. Costel Peptan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pavel Apopei went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Leonard Coroian hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Marian Arseanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Oaia cu Soric's Costel Peptan got control of the ball when Dumitru Vrabie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dumitru Vrabie in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Costel Peptan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 84th minute, Costică Frânculescu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ion Postelnicu scored 1-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valeriu Răchită, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valeriu Răchită showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Postelnicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd match minute, CVUCS POLI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurențiu Burdulea to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 97 in the game by Dumitru Vrabie from a close distance when the talented Costel Peptan managed to make a qualified save. Oaia cu Soric's players were relieved. The Oaia cu Soric supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CVUCS POLI's performance. The match ended with a win for CVUCS POLI.
