Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aron Elefterescu in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moise Tolea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the game, Dreptul's Sebastian Udrişte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martin Cozorici made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Martin Cozorici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Zdrenghea in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Grigore Blăjan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Răchită who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Moise Tolea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Irinel Onaca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moise Tolea made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Edgar Răchită sent off a good shot on target. Denis Zdrenghea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corneliu Buzea during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ilia CS booed when Dreptul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corneliu Buzea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moise Tolea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aron Elefterescu's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Sebastian Udrişte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Martin Cozorici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aron Elefterescu made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sebastian Udrişte dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martin Cozorici, 0-3. Edgar Răchită fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moise Tolea having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Aron Elefterescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Moise Tolea was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 60th minute, Aron Elefterescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ilia CS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The supporters of Dreptul booed when Ilia CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicodim Gherghescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 minutes, Iosif Logofătu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ilia CS and the Dreptul players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 played minutes Ilia CS got a freekick which was hit by Iosif Logofătu. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Sebastian Udrişte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dreptul's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Udrişte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Cozorici breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Udrişte in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Cozorici saved Ilia CS from getting behind. Edgar Răchită received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Moise Tolea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Torouţ kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aron Elefterescu in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moise Tolea saved Dreptul from getting behind. Moise Tolea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aron Elefterescu went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After having played for 85 minutes, Corneliu Buzea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dreptul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Corneliu Buzea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Udrişte was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 88 minutes into the game, Augustin Banu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dreptul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ilia CS the free kick. Dreptul's Moise Tolea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Elefterescu in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Aron Elefterescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moise Tolea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dreptul's Denis Zdrenghea got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ilia CS's Martin Cozorici proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Ilia CS from getting a goal against them. The Ilia CS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dreptul were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
