Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Leonard Staicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodim Movileanu in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Emil Dudău got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remus Oniga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niculae Aronescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niculae Aronescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, LPS I Balaș Soter Buzău's Emil Dudău sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remus Oniga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When BORSA -MM-'s Denis Cartianu in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. BORSA -MM-'s Remus Oniga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save BORSA -MM- from getting a goal against them. When Emil Dudău came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the LPS I Balaș Soter Buzău fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Dudău couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Gică Boldișor managed to, on his own, get straight through LPS I Balaș Soter Buzău's defense and in the 53rd minute placed the ball to the left of Leonard Staicu. 0-1. Gică Boldișor hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Niculae Aronescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remus Oniga was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Leonard Staicu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. 75 minutes into the game, LPS I Balaș Soter Buzău's Emil Dudău nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remus Oniga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Remus Oniga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niculae Aronescu in the 85th minute of play. Denis Cartianu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denis Cartianu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Leonard Staicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stelian Chirea came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leonard Staicu could save by the left post. LPS I Balaș Soter Buzău's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
