The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Dacian Macovei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sever Oprea in the 12th minute of play forced Vulturii Lipova's goalkeeper Nicu Enachescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes in the game Iulian Susara did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to David Robescu. Dacian Macovei kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. If Sever Basarabescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22ndth minute of the game Sever Oprea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vulturii Lipova's Nicu Enachescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florin Buciuman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelian Boacă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Sever Oprea succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. David Robescu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Florin Buciuman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Boacă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Vulturii Lipova's goal looked a bit too open when Sever Oprea came free, but Nicu Enachescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sever Basarabescu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 38 minutes into the match, Vulturii Lipova's goal looked a bit too open when Iulian Goga came free, but Nicu Enachescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florin Buciuman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aurelian Boacă came out and tried to block the shot, but Florin Buciuman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 48th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Aurelian Boacă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florin Buciuman went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Aurelian Boacă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sever Basarabescu in the 57th minute of play. Nicolae Iosub kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Bloaja got a freekick which was hit by David Robescu. Aurelian Boacă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Buciuman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolae Iosub in the 63rd minute of play forced Bloaja's goalkeeper Aurelian Boacă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Sever Basarabescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iulian Goga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Enachescu having to interfere. When Vulturii Lipova's Florin Buciuman in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bloaja's goalie prevented a goal. Vulturii Lipova's Nicu Enachescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Vulturii Lipova from getting a goal against them. Florin Buciuman might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelian Boacă. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florin Buciuman ran back to his position shaking his head. Bloaja's Iulian Goga got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Sever Basarabescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Vulturii Lipova's goalkeeper Nicu Enachescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sever Oprea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iulian Goga in the 87th minute of play forced Vulturii Lipova's goalkeeper Nicu Enachescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sever Oprea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Enachescu having to interfere. Aurelian Boacă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florin Buciuman in the 94th minute of the match. Filip Tarchilă kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bloaja's zone, Florin Buciuman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Boacă came out of the goal and Florin Buciuman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bloaja players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vulturii Lipova.
