Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gică Todoran kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Balomiresti booed when Juventus Constanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narcis Todericiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Mihnea Onciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelian Cruceru was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 18 minutes into the game, Gică Todoran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balomiresti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus Constanta the free kick. Gică Todoran kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Aurelian Cruceru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihnea Onciu in the 19th minute of the match. Horaţiu Volosin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Balomiresti's Aurelian Cruceru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihnea Onciu in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Juventus Constanta's Panait Moisil got a free kick in the 34th minute. Mihnea Onciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Mihnea Onciu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horaţiu Volosin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Juventus Constanta's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Todoran came free, but Dorin Hârlău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Cămărășescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dorin Hârlău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelian Cruceru made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Mihnea Onciu sent off a good shot on target. Mihnea Onciu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Aurelian Cruceru when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Gigel Gavrilescu fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balomiresti's protests and gave Gigel Gavrilescu a yellow card for diving instead. Gigel Gavrilescu hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Balomiresti's zone, Mihnea Onciu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Cruceru came out of the goal and Mihnea Onciu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dorin Hârlău didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gică Todoran went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 64 minutes into the game, Ionuț Tunar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus Constanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balomiresti the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Mihnea Onciu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus Constanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihnea Onciu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelian Cruceru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the match, Balomiresti's goalkeeper Aurelian Cruceru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Talianu. 73 minutes into the match, Horaţiu Volosin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelian Cruceru. Balomiresti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horaţiu Volosin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 80 minutes into the match, Juventus Constanta's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Todoran came free, but Dorin Hârlău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horaţiu Volosin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelian Cruceru having to make a save. Mihnea Onciu scored 3-3 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelian Cruceru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Horaţiu Volosin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horaţiu Volosin might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelian Cruceru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Volosin ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes into the match, Fabian Cămărășescu notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Juventus Constanta's Dorin Hârlău. Dorin Hârlău was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 94 minutes into the game, Juventus Constanta's Mihnea Onciu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelian Cruceru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-4. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
