Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Liverpool FC's Ciprian Albu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliodor Brănescu in the 5th minute of play forced Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Petruț Brădea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 played minutes Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Gică Herlea. When Liverpool FC's Ciprian Albu in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cojmanesti's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ciprian Albu sped through Cojmanesti's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aron Onete. In the 19thth minute of the game Ciprian Albu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cojmanesti's Aron Onete was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliodor Brănescu in the 22nd minute of play forced Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Petruț Brădea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 minutes, Ciprian Albu made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Cojmanesti's Aron Onete tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aron Onete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Albu in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Grigore Panțâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Brădea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narcis Nanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Narcis Nanu made a precise shot to the right of Petruț Brădea. Liverpool FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Eliodor Brănescu made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Iftode in the 51st minute of play forced Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Petruț Brădea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Aurel Iftode cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Petruț Brădea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Narcis Nanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petruț Brădea having to interfere. Petruț Brădea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliodor Brănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Condeescu during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With his leg Aron Onete managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Liverpool FC's Ciprian Albu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ciprian Albu had several of the Cojmanesti's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 66 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-3 score and a disappointed Aron Onete as he didn't even see the shot coming. Liverpool FC's Petruț Brădea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Brănescu in the 69th minute of play. Narcis Nanu struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Petruț Brădea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cojmanesti. The attack was good, but when Eliodor Cârju in the 74th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 76 minutes into the match, Cojmanesti's Narcis Nanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petruț Brădea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pavel Sârban during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Liverpool FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Sârban to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 81 minutes, Eliodor Cârju managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cojmanesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliodor Cârju was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the game, Eliodor Brănescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cojmanesti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liverpool FC the free kick. A collision led to Cojmanesti getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Eliodor Brănescu hit a great ball. When Silviu Jilăveanu came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Liverpool FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silviu Jilăveanu couldn't finish the play. After 88 played minutes Cojmanesti got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Nanu. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Ciprian Albu put it in 3-4 from a short distance just to the right of Aron Onete. Liverpool FC's Horia Micu got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
