Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ionuț Opriș took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Tănăsie in the 4th minute of play forced Bala's goalkeeper Lucian Ilie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 played minutes Hasameli got a freekick which was hit by Mihail Buricea. The supporters of Hasameli booed when Bala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionică Pușcașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucian Ilie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcu Tănăsie, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After a rather tough play, Bala's Valer Cojan got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute Mihail Buricea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucian Ilie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionuț Opriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ionuț Oprișs short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Nichifor Apostolescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Iurie Magherescu kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute, Dragoş Ceaușescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ionuț Opriș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Mihai Vieru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Ionuț Opriș notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hasameli's Nichifor Apostolescu. In the 82nd minute, Hasameli's Dragoş Ceaușescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucian Ilie. Lucian Ilie yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 86 minutes into the game, Bala's Bogdan Bourceanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nichifor Apostolescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. A collision led to Hasameli getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Vasile Neguțu hit a great ball. Marcu Tănăsie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Lucian Ilie made a huge save. Marcu Tănăsie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Ilie having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
