Eugen Pricop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Nițisor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mugurel Nițisor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Augustin Moldovan managed to get in a good position for a shot. busuioc bdc's supporters rose to their feet, but Augustin Moldovan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugen Pricop breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nechifor Călimanescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Pricop having to interfere. Marcu Popan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Eugen Pricop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nechifor Călimanescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tudor Tecău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Smarandache in the 21st minute of play. Gigi Cazacu lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 23 minutes into the game, one of busuioc bdc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Francisc Tunaru placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! With an all-out effort, Urmenisul's Tudor Tecău threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pompiliu Smarandache, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Urmenisul booed when busuioc bdc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nechifor Călimanescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augustin Moldovan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pompiliu Smarandache to make the kick off. busuioc bdc's Tudor Tecău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristinel Chifu in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Urmenisul getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Cristinel Chifu hit a great ball. Pompiliu Smarandache hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Marcu Popan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Urmenisul fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Urmenisul's Marcu Popan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Augustin Moldovan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Marcu Popan kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Iurie Vârșan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Pricop having to interfere. In the 94th minute Augustin Moldovan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Pricop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Urmenisul had won after a very even match.
