Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Melik Adanır made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Eric Banciu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roberto Albizua was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. A collision led to Akademica getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Paul Botgros hit a great ball. With a little luck, Akademica's Costel Gheție got control of the ball when Dumitru Tomoiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Mielusei's Codruț Iuonaș nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Costel Gheție made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Costel Gheție made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristinel Antipa in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Mielusei getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Costin Zdrobiş hit a great ball. With his leg Costel Gheție managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Mielusei's Melik Adanır fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mielusei's Costin Zdrobiş pulled a muscle in his leg after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eric Banciu during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mielusei made a substitution. Manole Pipirig replaced Costin Zdrobiş. Costel Gheție didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Codruț Iuonaș went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Mielusei's Iordache Inculeț managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Emanuel Cunea in the 38 minute of the game. Costel Gheție was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Codruț Iuonaș capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Codruț Iuonaș really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. When Eric Banciu came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Akademica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Banciu couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eric Banciu was the one to do the kick off. Codruț Iuonaș scored 4-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Costel Gheție, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Mielusei's Codruț Iuonaș in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Akademica's goalie prevented a goal. Eric Banciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Albizua having to interfere. Costel Gheție took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Antipa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Banciu in the 74th minute of play forced Mielusei's goalkeeper Roberto Albizua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eric Banciu came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Akademica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Banciu couldn't finish the play. After 82 minutes, Codruț Iuonaș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mielusei and the Akademica players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Codruț Iuonaș was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. Codruț Iuonaș kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Mielusei's Roberto Albizua proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Mielusei from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Cunea made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mielusei's Iordache Inculeț. Cristinel Antipa struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Costel Gheție didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mielusei. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mielusei had won after a very even match.
