Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 10 minutes into the game, Cezar Tănase was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Sector 3's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olteni CSS the free kick. In the 15th minute, Olimpiu Tărău hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Sector 3's Dacian Moromete couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Olteni CSS. In the 17th minute, Dacian Moromete ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcel Buciu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dacian Moromete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Buciu having to interfere. Marcel Buciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nistor Tâlvescu in the 31st minute of play. With a little luck, FC Sector 3's Silviu Fetanu got control of the ball when Claudiu Marina tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Aron Mercea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Emanuel Florean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Sector 3's Silviu Fetanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Florean in the 47th minute of play. Andrei Arvinte hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aron Mercea to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Olteni CSS's zone, Dacian Moromete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Buciu came out of the goal and Dacian Moromete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Sector 3's Silviu Fetanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Costache in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute Emanuel Florean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silviu Fetanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silviu Fetanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Florean went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Dacian Moromete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Marcel Buciu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Olteni CSS getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Narcis Costache hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Sector 3 booed when Olteni CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narcis Vasilian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aron Mercea might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcel Buciu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aron Mercea ran back to his position shaking his head. Codrin Opaina kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Codrin Opaina charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Codrin Opaina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Codrin Opaina kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Mircea Jușcă kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Emanuel Florean took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silviu Fetanu. Silviu Fetanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Marcel Buciu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aron Mercea in the 89th minute. Marcel Buciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Moromete in the 90th minute of the match. Many of FC Sector 3's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC Sector 3 may have spent more time on the ball, but Olteni CSS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
