Ivopataka's supporters rose to their feet, but Tudor Lepuș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augustin Sasu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 6 minutes, Robert Lepuș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ivopataka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Lepuș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Ivopataka booed when Corsorul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Barbălată didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivopataka's Andrei Chihaia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Cordescu in the 16th minute of play. Augustin Sasu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Lepuș in the 19th minute of the match. Robert Lepuș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the game, Ivopataka's Tudor Lepuș nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augustin Sasu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Ivopataka's Iustin Ilarie got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Florin Grozăvescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andrei Chihaia skillfully saved the ball. Iustin Ilarie charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iustin Ilarie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Ivopataka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustin Ilarie to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute Paul Dedu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Chihaia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul Dedu scored 1-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrei Chihaia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ionică Homeag struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Andrei Chihaia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corsorul. Augustin Sasu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Lepuș's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Ivopataka's goalkeeper Andrei Chihaia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Dedu. Ionică Homeag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Chihaia having to interfere. When Paul Dedu came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Corsorul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Dedu couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Ionică Homeag got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paul Dedu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
