Pacuraresti CSM's Isac Basarabescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristi Orădan in the 8th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Popete came free, but Moise Coporan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isac Basarabescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviu Zamfir, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute, Cristi Orădan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's Moise Coporan got control of the ball when Bogdan Barascu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute, Silviu Zamfir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gheorghe Zbârcea was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Silviu Zamfir got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Moise Păvăloae blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isac Basarabescu having to make a save. After having played for 62 minutes, Moise Păvăloae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moise Păvăloae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Moise Coporan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gheorghe Zbârcea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isac Basarabescu made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Silviu Zamfir sent off a good shot on target. Bogdan Barascu's late challenge caught a BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bogdan Barascu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND booed when Pacuraresti CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Barascu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Barascu came free, but Moise Coporan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes of play Pacuraresti CSM's Bogdan Barascu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 75 played minutes Pacuraresti CSM got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Barascu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moise Păvăloae in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isac Basarabescu saved Pacuraresti CSM from getting behind. A collision led to Pacuraresti CSM getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Emilian Romeo hit a great ball. If Silviu Zamfir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute Moise Păvăloae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Basarabescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute Eugen Dobrin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moise Coporan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pacuraresti CSM's goalkeeper Isac Basarabescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 98th minute of the game, Romeo Alucusan landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Emilian Romeo's late challenge caught a BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilian Romeo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 99th match minute, Pacuraresti CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilian Romeo to maneuver through the defense.
