Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ovidiu Sitaru got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Davidesa getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Petrică Sabău hit a great ball. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Davidesa's goalkeeper Ionică Cunea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. George Uncheşelu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Ezareni's goal looked a bit too open when Panait Tulbure came free, but Iustinian Popârcea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iustinian Popârcea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Uncheşelu in the 17th minute of play. With a little luck, Davidesa's Ionică Cunea got control of the ball when Teodor Răica tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Ovidiu Sitaru dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ionică Cunea, 1-1. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Ovidiu Sitaru took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Ionică Cunea to make any attempt to save it. If George Uncheşelu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Ezareni's goal looked a bit too open when George Uncheşelu came free, but Iustinian Popârcea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Davidesa's George Uncheşelu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iustinian Popârcea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Augustin Mortu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Davidesa's supporters rose to their feet, but Augustin Mortu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iustinian Popârcea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
If Răzvan Oravițan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ionică Cunea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidiu Sitaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodor Răica struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Ionică Cunea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ezareni. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidiu Sitaru in the 56th minute of play forced Davidesa's goalkeeper Ionică Cunea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ionică Cunea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodor Răica, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Teodor Răica's late challenge caught a Davidesa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodor Răica helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th play minute George Uncheşelu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Iustinian Popârcea. 2-2. When Petrică Sabău fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Davidesa's protests and gave Petrică Sabău a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ezareni booed when Davidesa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petrică Sabău didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovidiu Sitaru in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ionică Cunea saved Davidesa from getting behind. Ovidiu Sitaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Augustin Mortu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ionică Cunea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidiu Sitaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When George Uncheşelu came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Davidesa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Uncheşelu couldn't finish the play. After 80 minutes, Sergiu Ştiubei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ezareni and the Davidesa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ezareni's Sergiu Ştiubei got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Teodor Răica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davidesa's Ionică Cunea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Sitaru in the 89th minute of play. Teodor Răica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ionică Cunea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Răzvan Oravițan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ezareni and the Davidesa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Davidesa booed when Ezareni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Răzvan Oravițan didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ezareni getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Sergiu Ştiubei hit a great ball. 97 minutes into the match, Davidesa's Dacian Bălțăteanu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Davidesa were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
