Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teodor Unchiaşu started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the match, Teodor Unchiaşu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Mocrea FC's Pavel Perșa. Pavel Perșa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Zimnicea's Ştefan Cobâlcescu got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute, Teodor Unchiaşu made a precise shot to the right of Pavel Perșa. Mocrea FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Teodor Unchiaşu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Pavel Perșa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25thth minute of the game Teodor Unchiaşu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mocrea FC's Pavel Perșa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mocrea FC's Pavel Perșa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Stan in the 28th minute of play. Teodor Unchiaşu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavel Perșa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Zimnicea's Teodor Unchiaşu made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pavel Perșa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teodor Unchiaşu might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pavel Perșa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodor Unchiaşu ran back to his position shaking his head. If Teodor Unchiaşu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodor Unchiaşu in the 36th minute of play forced Mocrea FC's goalkeeper Pavel Perșa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Zimnicea's Teodor Unchiaşu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pavel Perșa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ioan Bucur in the 46th minute of play forced Mocrea FC's goalkeeper Pavel Perșa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47thth minute of the game Teodor Unchiaşu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mocrea FC's Pavel Perșa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Mocrea FC's Gică Lepuș got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Zimnicea's Teodor Unchiaşu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pavel Perșa. That made the score 0-8 after 54 minutes of play. David Turlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Elisei in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Stan in the 65th minute of play forced Mocrea FC's goalkeeper Pavel Perșa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Zimnicea's Martin Chiru ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pavel Perșa. Pavel Perșa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Pavel Perșa made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Ioan Bucur sent off a good shot on target. Pavel Perșa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ştefan Cobâlcescu. With his leg Pavel Perșa managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Zimnicea's Teodor Unchiaşu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Teodor Unchiaşu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Pavel Perșa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Martin Chiru might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pavel Perșa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Chiru ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Teodor Unchiaşu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Mocrea FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zimnicea were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
