Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Basarab Dumitrescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Valeriu Belu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragoş Stegaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Basarab Dumitrescu got free in front of the goal in the 6th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Dragoş Melinescu was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 8th play minute Ionică Drăgănoiu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dragoş Melinescu. 1-0. The supporters of Izvorani CF booed when Halceni FCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionică Drăgănoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The free kick resulted in a very good chance to score when Ionică Drăgănoiu kicked a really tricky shot on goal. Dragoş Melinescu never had to step in, however, because the ball went just left of the goal. A nice corner shot did that Alin Velicu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dragoş Stegaru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Codrin Poalelungi during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Codrin Poalelungi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 played minutes Izvorani CF got a freekick which was hit by Răzvan Valeca. 19 minutes into the game, Basarab Dumitrescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Halceni FCM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Izvorani CF the free kick. In the 20th minute, Basarab Dumitrescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Ionică Drăgănoiu in the 23rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Basarab Dumitrescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Melinescu having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Izvorani CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petru Nebunu to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute of the match Nichifor Stoicănescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dragoş Stegaru skillfully saved the ball. In the 35th minute, Ionică Drăgănoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Halceni FCM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 38 played minutes Halceni FCM got a freekick which was hit by Codrin Toacsen. If Ionică Drăgănoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Izvorani CF getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Liviu Tiberiu hit a great ball. Romeo Arghir, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luca Nediu was the one to do the kick off. Dragoş Stegaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Nediu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th match minute, Izvorani CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Aristide to maneuver through the defense. Codrin Toacsen missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 58 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Dragoş Melinescu right hand side. Ionică Drăgănoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Melinescu having to interfere. Basarab Dumitrescu struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Dragoş Melinescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Halceni FCM. When Izvorani CF's Valeriu Belu in 70 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Dragoş Stegaru guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Luca Nediu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dragoş Stegaru having to make a save. Valeriu Belu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Dragoş Stegaru made a huge save. Ionică Drăgănoiu scored 3-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dragoş Melinescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ionică Drăgănoiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Izvorani CF's Dragoş Melinescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dragoş Melinescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Toacsen in the 89th minute of play. Ionică Drăgănoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Dragoş Melinescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ionică Drăgănoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Melinescu having to interfere. A collision led to Izvorani CF getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Liviu Tiberiu hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Halceni FCM fully deserved thier win.
