Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leontin Curteanu kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Lucian Dudea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Resita FCM's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucian Dudea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. REPUBLICII -MM-'s Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucian Dudea in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Resita FCM's goalkeeper Ilie Baican, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 minutes into the game, REPUBLICII -MM-'s Albert Gherdan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilie Baican made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Albert Gherdan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ilie Baican came out and tried to block the shot, but Albert Gherdan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. Ilie Baican stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leontin Curteanu's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Resita FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Leontin Curteanu came free, but Ilie Baican reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Resita FCM's goalkeeper Ilie Baican had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Gherdan. REPUBLICII -MM-'s Leontin Curteanu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 25th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After having played for 29 minutes, Albert Gherdan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REPUBLICII -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Gherdan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leontin Curteanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ilie Baican tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Albert Gherdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Ilie Baican managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when REPUBLICII -MM-'s Albert Gherdan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Albert Gherdan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Ilie Baican when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Albert Gherdan sped through Resita FCM's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ilie Baican. In the 41st minute, Leontin Curteanu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ilie Baican, passed just outside the right post. When REPUBLICII -MM-'s Leontin Curteanu in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Resita FCM's goalie prevented a goal. Resita FCM's Ilie Baican played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Curteanu in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucian Dudea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ilie Baican took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Curteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Resita FCM's Ilie Baican played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Curteanu in the 57th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Resita FCM got a freekick which was hit by Gică Varga. After having played for 63 minutes, Leontin Curteanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REPUBLICII -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Leontin Curteanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Albert Gherdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 minutes of play, REPUBLICII -MM-'s Sergiu Stegaru made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilie Baican was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ilie Baican stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leontin Curteanu's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Resita FCM's goalkeeper Ilie Baican, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Leontin Curteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Gherdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ilie Baican tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Albert Gherdan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Ilie Baican was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
