Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Olimpiu Boian kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Alin Agârbiceanu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Galsa's Albert Emilianu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 4 played minutes Strimbulici SC got a freekick which was hit by Gigel Nicolaescu. After 5 played minutes Strimbulici SC got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Negrițoiu. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Gheorghe Pietreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galsa's supporters rose to their feet, but Gheorghe Pietreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordache Băncilă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gheorghe Pietreanu in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iordache Băncilă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the match, Strimbulici SC's goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Pietreanu came free, but Iordache Băncilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Galsa's goalkeeper Gabriel Honciu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonard Luican. Gabriel Honciu made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Leonard Luican sent off a good shot on target. Adrian Ţiţeica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Băncilă having to interfere. In the 27th minute, one of Strimbulici SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Strimbulici SC. The referee gave Galsa a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gheorghe Pietreanu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Strimbulici SC's Iordache Băncilă. 0-1. After 34 minutes of play, Galsa's Gheorghe Pietreanu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iordache Băncilă was left in no man's land by his defense there! Strimbulici SC's Iordache Băncilă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olimpiu Boian in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Galsa booed when Strimbulici SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Donose didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentin Sângeorzan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

55 minutes into the match, Galsa's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Luican came free, but Gabriel Honciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gheorghe Pietreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Galsa made a substitution. Sebastian Dichiseanu replaced Gabriel Roşca. Gheorghe Pietreanu hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Iordache Băncilă made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Olimpiu Boian sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Sever Barbălată hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galsa's Manuel Zaharia was substituted for Albert Emilianu. Iordache Băncilă was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gheorghe Pietreanu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 79 minute of play. Olimpiu Boian took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iordache Băncilă. Iordache Băncilă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Gheorghe Pietreanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galsa played a much better game than Strimbulici SC and deserved their victory. The Strimbulici SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
