Edgar Panaite's late challenge caught a FC Fanaticii's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Panaite helped the player get up and apologised. Edgar Panaite kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Nuntasi AFC's Lucrețiu Augustin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Nuntasi AFC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Nuntasi AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alin Martinescu hit a great ball. Nuntasi AFC's Iordache Rădoi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Francisc Ciocâlteu, made in the 27th minute of the game. After 33 played minutes Nuntasi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Iordache Rădoi. In the 33rd minute, Aurelian Enișteanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moise Corduneanu kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 38 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Horaţiu Zotincă.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Jitaru made a kick off. Lucrețiu Augustin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Măgură, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes, Aurelian Enișteanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Fanaticii and the Nuntasi AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th minute, Aurelian Enișteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Marius Măgură shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Augustin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Nuntasi AFC defense, Adrian Jitaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucrețiu Augustin. The Nuntasi AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucrețiu Augustin should have stopped the shot. Lucrețiu Augustin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Măgură in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of FC Fanaticii booed when Nuntasi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihnea Novac didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave FC Fanaticii a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aurelian Enișteanu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nuntasi AFC's Lucrețiu Augustin. 4-0. In the 83rd minute, Marius Măgură got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucrețiu Augustin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Măgură in the 85th minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Nuntasi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihnea Novac to maneuver through the defense. Andrei Pavel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horia Beșleaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Horaţiu Zotincă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Fanaticii had won after a very even match.
