In the 2nd minute, Díaz Tejerina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dinamo Botosani-BTF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Pardina's goalkeeper Olimpiu Popan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zoltan Šepić. Olimpiu Popan was a little too slow when Alfred Magdziarz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. With an all-out effort, Dinamo Botosani-BTF's Olimpiu Popan threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zoltan Šepić, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 20 minutes into the match, Alfred Magdziarz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Pardina's Olimpiu Popan. Olimpiu Popan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pardina's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Alfred Magdziarz scored to the left of an out of position Olimpiu Popan, making the score, 4-0. 28 minutes into the game, Robert Stoica was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pardina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamo Botosani-BTF the free kick. 42 minutes into the match, Vintilă Mihuț notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Dinamo Botosani-BTF's Mantvydas Mackevičius. Mantvydas Mackevičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute Dan Mihele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mantvydas Mackevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Dinamo Botosani-BTF's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Mihele came free, but Mantvydas Mackevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Baki Başer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Dan Mihele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mantvydas Mackevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olimpiu Popan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Băsescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silviu Băsescu in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olimpiu Popan saved Pardina from getting behind. Mantvydas Mackevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ion Pârâianu in the 57th minute of play. Olimpiu Popan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Díaz Tejerina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olimpiu Popan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Magdziarz in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of Pardina booed when Dinamo Botosani-BTF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Măgherușan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mantvydas Mackevičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Mihele, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 76th minute, Silviu Băsescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olimpiu Popan was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. If Díaz Tejerina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olimpiu Popan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Magdziarz in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Zoltan Šepić made a precise shot to the right of Olimpiu Popan. Pardina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dinamo Botosani-BTF had played much better football throughout.
