Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Romeo Mutu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 9 minutes, Romeo Mutu made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Super Troopers's Codrin Vancea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Christian Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Codrin Vancea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Mutu in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codrin Vancea saved Super Troopers from getting behind. Christian Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When FC. Stiinta Cluj's Christian Vedillo in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Stiinta Cluj's Cristinel Mihăescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Golan Puiu in the 36th minute of play. Golan Puiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Codrin Vancea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romeo Mutu went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Petru Gugea kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romeo Mutu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Golan Puiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Super Troopers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Super Troopers's Codrin Vancea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Sidoro in the 60th minute of play. Christian Vedillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Codrin Vancea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Codrin Vancea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Sidoro's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute Ioan Lupulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Mihăescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Christian Vedillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Codrin Vancea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. With a little luck, Super Troopers's Codrin Vancea got control of the ball when Christian Vedillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79th play minutes Christian Vedillo shot 1-6, a short shot which went by Codrin Vancea and just under the crossbar into goal. Christian Vedillo struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Cristi Vuia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fabrice Van Steen's late challenge caught a Super Troopers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabrice Van Steen helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in FC. Stiinta Cluj's zone, Irinel Mustățea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristinel Mihăescu came out of the goal and Irinel Mustățea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded FC. Stiinta Cluj left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Super Troopers.
