Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marin Ilinca kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Aurelian Buzincu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristi Sălcudeanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alkın Berksan's late challenge caught a LPS Buzău F's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alkın Berksan helped the player get up and apologised. Alkın Berksan hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute Marin Ilinca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Zagrodny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, MARIUS MARCOV's Zdzislaw Zagrodny got control of the ball when Gică Baran tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristi Sălcudeanu came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by MARIUS MARCOV's Henri-Xavier Engelborghs. But to his dismay, Henri-Xavier Engelborghs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ingvar Bergström sped through LPS Buzău F's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristi Sălcudeanu. In the 24th minute, Ingvar Bergström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MARIUS MARCOV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in LPS Buzău F's zone, Ingvar Bergström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristi Sălcudeanu came out of the goal and Ingvar Bergström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henri-Xavier Engelborghs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristi Sălcudeanu having to interfere. After having played for 41 minutes, Costică Tăcutu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MARIUS MARCOV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costică Tăcutu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd match minute, LPS Buzău F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Olariu to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The wind increased when Ingvar Bergström made the kick off in the second half. Henri-Xavier Engelborghs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristi Sălcudeanu having to interfere. The supporters of MARIUS MARCOV booed when LPS Buzău F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudiu Stoleru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when MARIUS MARCOV's Alkın Berksan in the 56th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Cristi Sălcudeanu was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for LPS Buzău F through an amazing save. Zdzislaw Zagrodny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Ilinca in the 58th minute of play. If Ingvar Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MARIUS MARCOV's Zdzislaw Zagrodny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gică Baran in the 63rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Henri-Xavier Engelborghs managed to get in a good position for a shot. MARIUS MARCOV's supporters rose to their feet, but Henri-Xavier Engelborghs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristi Sălcudeanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Victor Olariu fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LPS Buzău F's protests and gave Victor Olariu a yellow card for diving instead. Victor Olariu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. A hard shot 71 in the game by Ingvar Bergström from a close distance when the talented Cristi Sălcudeanu managed to make a qualified save. LPS Buzău F's players were relieved. When Henri-Xavier Engelborghs came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the MARIUS MARCOV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henri-Xavier Engelborghs couldn't finish the play. The supporters of MARIUS MARCOV booed when LPS Buzău F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Zburlea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, LPS Buzău F's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ingvar Bergström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gică Baran kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. MARIUS MARCOV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
